Matakana Superfoods Coconut Butter Organic is made from premium, organic coconut meat which has been creamed to create an aromatic textured paste. It is 100% natural and no bleaching, deodorising or emulsifying agents are used during its manufacturing process. It has a delicious, coco-nutty taste and can be added to a variety of sweet and savoury dishes.
As this is a natural product with no emulsifiers added, oil seperation may occur. Simply warm gently and blend back into the butter.
